From Rt. 287 North

Take exit 4 (Durham Ave, South Plainfield). At bottom of exit ramp make right at light. **This is Durham Ave. At 2nd traffic light, bear right over railroad overpass. Durham Ave. becomes Hamilton Blvd. North. Follow Hamilton Blvd. 5 more lights, to Maple Ave. (Senior Citizen Center on left, White Star Diner on right). Make right onto Maple Ave. and follow to 2nd light. Make left onto Park Ave. Hospital is approximately 200 yards up the street on the right side across from K-Foods.

From Route 287 South

Take exit 5, (Route 529, Stelton Rd, Edison). Bear right off exit to 1st light and make left (in front of Middlesex Mall). This is Hadley Road. Follow Hadley Rd. to 4th traffic light. Make left at onto Durham Ave. Pass under Rt. 287 to light. Follow as per ** above.

From Garden State Parkway Northbound

Take exit 127. Follow signs to Rt 287. Proceed on Rt. 287 to exit 4 (Durham Ave, South Plainfield) and follow ** above.

From Garden State Parkway Southbound

Take exit 129, follow signs to Rt 287. Proceed on Rt 287 to exit 4 (Durham Ave, South Plainfield) and follow ** above.

From NJ Turnpike (North or Southbound)

Take exit 10. Follow signs to Rt 287. Proceed on Rt 287 to exit 4 (Durham Ave, South Plainfield). Then follow ** above.

From Route 22 East or West

Take to “The Plainfields” exit. (From the westbound side you must take jughandle over Rt. 22). This puts you on Somerset Street, No. Plainfield. Proceed south on Somerset St. Somerset St. becomes Park Ave. Continue straight on Park Avenue approximately 4 miles. Plainfield Animal Hospital is approximately 1 mile past Muhlenberg Regional Medical Center, on the lefthand side.
