Dr. Sean Lynch
Dr. Lynch's passion for veterinary medicine began at the age of 13, when he started cleaning cages at a local veterinary hospital. That early experience sparked a lifelong commitment to animal care. Over the years, he has worked in a variety of roles throughout the veterinary field, including positions with Pfizer, the USDA, and several veterinary hospitals as a veterinary technician.
He earned his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from North Carolina State University in 2002. Since then, he has worked in multiple practices, provided relief services, and participated in vaccine clinics. Most recently, he spent 16 years at Country Animal Clinic, where he built lasting relationships with clients, patients, and colleagues.
In addition to private practice, Dr. Sean Lynch currently works at an animal shelter in East Hanover, where he has had the privilege of helping rescue, treat, and care for countless animals in need.
Outside of veterinary medicine, he enjoys boating, fishing, camping, cooking, baking sourdough and other breads, and spending time with his family, three dogs, and cat.
He is excited to begin this new chapter at Plainfield and looks forward to getting to know the community while providing compassionate, high-quality care for pets and the people who love them.
